Gardai in Waterford are looking for witnesses to a robbery from a shop in Waterford City on the afternoon of Tuesday 27th, June.
One man entered the Corner Shop on the Upper Yellow Road at around 4.15pm. He was wearing a balaclava and was carrying what looked like a handgun .
He demanded money from the member of staff. Some cash was handed over and he escaped.
Nobody was injured in this incident.
Gardai are asking witnesses or anyone who may have information in relation to this crime to contact them on 051-305300.
