Waterford's Thomas Barr says he's really looking forward to next months World Athletic Championships in London.
He won a seventh consecutive 400 metre hurdles title at the National Senior Track and Field Championships in Santry at the weekend.
He is over his recent injury and preperations are continuing now for London.
The Ferrybank AC athlete finished fourth at last year's Rio Olympics.

He says that experience will stand to him in London.
