The 36th Annual Tony Forristal /Sonny Walsh Under-14 Hurling Tournaments will take place across the city today

The action gets underway at 10am with the finals being played in Walsh Park this evening

Waterford's Tony Forristal side are in action in Mount Sion, their first game is against Dublin at 11:40, and they will play Tipperary at 1:20

The Déise Sonny Walsh side are based in De La Salle - Gracedieu, they open with a game against Clare at 10:50, while they face Kerry at 12:30

Waterford and Galway's All-Ireland showdown is still a week away but the counties' under-sixteens will be facing off this afternoon in Tipperary.

The Arrabawn Co-Op Cup begins shortly, with Waterford under-sixteens playing Cork at 10.30 before playing the Tribesmen in the group decider at 1.30 at Kilsheelan GAA park.

There's action this evening in the Eastern Junior A hurling Championship

The opening semi-final takes place in Kill this evening as Bunmahon face Mount Sion at 6pm

In the East Junior C hurling grade, Naomh Pól play host to Dunhill at 4:30

Up West, there's a double header in Fraher Field

At 6pm Brickey Rangers and An Rinn meet in Junior C hurling, that's followed by the meeting of St. Mary's and Geraldine's in the Junior A hurling Championship at 7:30

Melleray are at home to Modeligo in the Junior C hurling Championship at 7
