Tom McGlinchey has been handed a third year in charge of the Waterford senior footballers.

The Cork native was ratified for a fourth season at last night’s county board meeting in Dungarvan.

Chairman Paddy Joe Ryan is delighted that McGlinchey has agreed to stay at the helm.

County board officials will meet Derek McGrath in mid October to discuss his intentions for next year.
