A Waterford TD is one of ten who has a one hundred percent attendance record for all Dail sittings this year.

Sinn Fein's David Cullinane attended each day of the 66 sessions.

Fianna Fáil's Mary Butler missed only three days and John Deasy attended 53 of the sittings.

According to the Irish Times, the attendance records are used to validate each deputy's travel and accommodation allowances. The records are based off electronic fobs TDs use in Leinster House.

Because Government ministers such as John Halligan claim a separate travel allowance through their departments, there are no records for them.
