The annual festival runs this year from September 27th to the 30th, at a host of venues around Waterford City. Music lecturer and jazz musician at WIT Phill Collins is the founder of the event. He dropped into Mary "On the Fringe" to outline what people can expect this year, and he treated us to some live jazz piano on his keyboard while in studio.
