Gardai in Waterford have seized a car after a driver with no licence, tax, insurance or NCT broke a red light in front of a patrol car.
The incident happened yesterday.
A Volkswagen Golf was seized at the scene and the driver is due to appear in court to face charges in relation to the incident.
Gardai have issued a warning to motorists to "obey the rules of the road".
