Gardai are not treating the death of a man in Waterford City as suspicious

The body of the 30-year-old man was discovered at a house in Appian Close, in the Ardkeen area yesterday afternoon.

The area surrounding the house had been preserved, and a full forensic examination by members of the Garda Technical Bureau took place there earlier this afternoon.

A post mortem has been carried out on his remains and a file is being prepared for the Coroner.
