St. Saviour’s and Dungarvan will contest the Co. Intermediate Football Final tonight in Fraher Field.
The city side lost their senior status last season and are seeking an immediate return to the top grade, they were pushed all the way by Bunmahon in the Eastern Final as they claimed a one point win.
Dungarvan also had to battle hard to win the West, they overcame Colligan Emmett’s by the same margin.
St. Saviour’s midfielder Kieran Murphy says it’s the biggest game the club has played in 30 years.
Saviour’s defender Kevin Boland says they’re looking forward to the game, saying it would mean everything for the club to return to Senior football for 2018.
Throw-in is @ 8pm in Fraher Field.
