A man is in a critical condition at University Hospital Waterford following after being stabbed in the County in the early hours of this morning.
At 3:05am Gardaí were notified of a stabbing incident in Keating Street Dungarvan.
A man in his 30's taken by ambulance to UHW.
An 18 year old man was arrested at 7:40am and is currently detained in Dungarvan Garda station.

The injured party is critical but stable.
