Over forty business contributed lots to this years auction, with €8,050 raised as part of the WLR Christmas Appeal.
Last year's tally was just under €6,000.
Farmview host Kieran O'Connor says it's great that the money raised will stay in Waterford.
"That's very important and that's the key to the appeal," he says, "Vincent de Paul are doing such a good job on the ground, and that's why we're delighted to have a sum of over €8,000 going to the SVDP in West Waterford."
