Second level and mature students are being invited to check out the range of courses available at Waterford Insititute of Technology.
The insititute are holding two open days at the WIT Arena in Carriganore this Friday and Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
Registrar Dr. Derek O'Byrne says they want to help prospective students to make informed decisions.
He says that students should pick a course that they really want to do.

Friday's event is tailored towards secondary school students, while Saturday's caters specifically for mature students.
Derek O'Byrne says that people returning to education have different requirements.
