Statement from Waterford Institute of Technology:
Given Met Éireann's weather warnings, all WIT campuses will be closed for the remainder of the week. We anticipate opening as normal on Monday, 5 March 2018.
We continue to advise students to put their own safety first when making any travel decisions.

The college made an official call on it this morning due to the hazardous conditions following overnight snow.
No classes or general course work will be go ahead. The Cork Road and College Street campus are both closed.
We will keep you updated on this situation.
