Gardai in Waterford City say they are not looking for anyone in connection with an alleged attack in the Peoples Park last night.
The scene was preserved overnight and was examined this morning and gardai concluded there was nothing left to investigate.
However there will be an investigation into the allegation made by a 17 year old boy which led to the garda operation.

He was brought to University Hospital Waterford but discharged himself.
A file will be forward to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
