Waterford Castle Golf Club is Ireland’s only true island golf course, Waterford Castle Golf Club offers prime golfing terrain surrounded by the River Suir minutes from Waterford City Centre. Waterford Castle Golf Club House - hosted their first Golf Pro Am last year and it was an amazing day with national and international teams from the UK and a team from The Bahamas - Albany Resort who host the Hero Challenge the past three years.
The Pro Am auction had Signed Golf memborilia from Justin Rose, Adam Scott, Ernie Ells and Tiger Woods ( all of whom are Albany members) the money raised on the day went to the River Rescue a great cause. This year’s Pro-Am will be held on Saturday July 7th and the Resort will offer activities for all the family making it a great day for everyone. Raining champion, Damien McGrane will be back to defend his title in 2018!
