Ballinacourty claimed a second successive U-21 ‘A’ Football Co. title following victory over familiar rivals Gaultier at Walsh Park yesterday, making it twelve titles overall in this grade putting them at the top of the leaderboard.

Aaron Beresford and Sean Whelan-Barrett added further goals in the second period to seal a 12th title for the Western side.
Gaultier battled well but struggled to score from play, Conor Cullinane and Dean Kearns battled hard but ‘Courty were full value for their impressive victory.
It ended Ballinacourty 3-15 Gaultier 0-11.
In the Western U-21 B Football Final, Cois Bhride defeated An Ghaeltacht in Cappoquin by 1-8 to 0-8.
