RNLI to host fundraising family day in Dunmore East today.

The RNLI's annual 'MayDay' fundraiser is on in Waterford today.

The month-long event aims to raise vital funds for the lifeboat service, as well as awareness over water safety.

There'll be a special 'Splash and Dash' family day out on Dunmore Strand this afternoon starting at 2:30.

PRO of the Dunmore East Lifeboat service Neville Murphy says all are invited to this afternoons event.
