The electoral boundaries within the county of Waterford are set to be changed.

The Local Electoral Area Boundary Committee report has been published and recommends the loss of a seat in the Comeragh area.

The Comeragh district will be reduced from six seats to five and renamed Portlaw-Kilmacthomas.

Meanwhile the eight seater Dungarvan-Lismore electoral area will be split into two districts.
