Orla will be in action at the World under 20 Championships in Tampere in Finland in the 10000 metres walk at 7.35am.
She has a best time of 48 minutes 55 seconds going in to the event , but she has been improving in every race she competes in and
will probably have to do likewise tomorrow morning to make an impact against the stiff opposition she faces.
Orla will line out against 34 athletes from every corner of the world with a few in particular with sub 46 minutes times.
They come from Mexico,Australia, Japan, Ecuador, Colombia and Puerto Rico.

Orla is an athlete with a great competitive attitude and she is hoping she can rise to the occasion tomorrow in such exalted company.
