Gardai in Waterford are urging people ensure their cars and houses are kept secure at night
It's after series of breakins in the Hillview and Kilcarragh areas of Waterford City over the past week.
It's been reported that individuals are casing property in the early hours of the morning, checking for unlocked vehicles and houses.
People are being asked to remain extra vigilant and if anyone has any information, or sees and anything suspicious, they're being asked to contact Waterford Station on 051 305 300
