Multiple National champion and leading coach with Ferrybank AC, Bríd Golden dropped in to studio to talk about the wonderful performance of Waterford's Thomas Barr who secured a bronze medal with a wonderful performance in the 400 m hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in Berlin.
Dermot Keyes of the Munster Express, previewed four interesting ties in the Co. Senior hurling Championship as eight teams battle it out for a place in the last eight, starting with this evening's local derby in Lismore between Tallow and Ballyduff Upper.
A major workshop will take place in the Tower Hotel on August 19th. It will feature speakers who will include Dr Ryan Foley, Murial Cuddy and Darren Murray of FAI. Evolve Physotherpy of Waterford in conjunction with Health and Fitness Ireland are staging the event. Matt Keane spoke to Ryan and Murial during the course of the week.
