West Waterford's Joe Gough has qualified for the finals of the over 65 1500 m at the World Master's over 65 championships in Malaga.
Joe put in another sterling and professional performance finishing 1st in heat 2 of 4 this morning
He'll contest the final tomorrow morning at 9:15 am.
Earlier this week, Joe won the 800 meters at the World Masters Athletic Championships in Malaga yesterday in what was a new European record time.

Joe told WLR's Matt Keane that he had to dig deep against 12 of the best athletes in the world.
