Ian O' Regan joined us live in studio as he looked back at his Inter-County career as Déise hurling goalkeeper. The 35 year old served under four different Waterford managers and won provincial and league honours. He made his championship debut in the 2004 All Ireland semi final against Kilkenny. Michael Ryan brought him back into the squad in 2012 and he started Derek McGrath's last game in charge against Cork in June.

We looked back at last night's 2-1 defeat for Waterford FC at the hands of league champions Dundalk, Matt Keane spoke to Blues manager Alan Reynolds.

Our Rugby expert, Paul Nolan joined us in studio to look ahead to Munster's Champions Cup opener against Exeter this afternoon, and we also had Mark Phillips with Racing and Owen Byrne who was recently appointed as the new Racecourse manager in Tramore.
