The Waterford Traffic Corps detected a car travelling more than 50km above the speed limit on the Waterford bypass.
They clocked the car speeding at 154km/hr in poor weather conditions.
That's according to Garda Traffic on Twitter.
Two other cars were stopped after getting caught travelling 148km/hr and 146km/hr during torrential rain.
