Gardai encourage members of the public to come forward with information on drugs.
Members of the public in Waterford are being asked to contact the Gardai if they witness any drug dealing.

Fianna Fail Councillor Eddie Mulligan told the Joint Policing Committee that city centre residents are regularly contacting him about drug use.

He said there's a fear that not enough resources are being put into tackling people openly selling drugs on the street.

Superintendent Chris Delaney is from Waterford Garda Station.
