The Waterford team to face All Ireland Champions Tippeary in Walsh Park on Sunday will be named tonight.

Tipperary Manager Michael Ryan says they will be under no illusions going into the game. John O’Keeffe is out for them, but Donagh Maher who picked up a knock against Dublin should be okay.

Waterford's Noel Connors says the win over Kilkenny was a perfect lead into the Tipp game.

A number of the Waterford squad have been involved in Fitzgibbon Cup action this week.

Waterford Manager Derek McGrath says he believes it is hugely important for the players to participate in the competition.
