Fine Gael's Lola O'Sullivan has been on the Council for 17 years and she says that the timing of meetings makes it difficult for those with young families.

Council sittings currently take place at 5 in the evening, after many councillors have finished their jobs.

The Tramore councillor says there isn't enough flexibility.
