Transport services across the country have been disrupted due to the arrival of Hurricane Ophelia

Bus Éireann will not operate any of its nationwide services - including the Expressway network - until 2pm today.

All Intercity train services are currently operating this morning except on the Limerick Junction to Waterford.

A speed restriction of 80kilometre per hour will be in place on the Waterford to Kilkenny route.

As a result delays of 15 to 30 minutes are expected to the Waterford Dublin service.
