A late Sergio Aguero goal has moved Manchester City a step closer to the quadruple.

The second half substitute scored an injury time winner to hand City a 2-1 win over Bristol City in the opening leg of their League Cup semi final.

The Championship side, who beat Manchester United in the last round, led at the break thanks to a Bobby Reid penalty.

The Premier League leaders however came from behind, to remain on course to win four trophies this season.

The sides meet again at Ashton Gate in two weeks time and Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says the tie is far from over.
