New look Waterford FC play first friendly tonight

Waterford FC will play their first friendly this evening as the Blues gear up for the start of the Airtricity League Premier Division campaign.

Waterford face local side Tramore AFC at Graun Park at 7pm.

Lots of the new signings will be on view for the first time, including Bastion Heary, Dave Webster, Rory Feely, Gavan Holohan and Izzy Akinade.

Players from last season's promotion winning team Kenny Brown, Dean Walsh, Dean O'Halloran and Derek Daly will also be keen to impress.

Up next for the Blues following tonight's match will be Wexford FC at the RSC next Friday Jan 19th.
