Snow and ice could lead to treacherous driving conditions in Waterford

Met Eireann has issued a status yellow weather warning for several parts of the country tomorrow.

The snow-ice warning is valid from 6 o'clock tomorrow evening for Leinster, as well as the counties of Waterford, Tipperary,Cavan, Monaghan, Donegal, Leitrim, Roscommon and Sligo.

Areas could be hit by up to three centimetres of snow.

Met Eireann have advised that this could lead to treacherous driving conditions for motorists.
