Emergency services are at the scene of a house fire in Waterford City this evening.
The fire broke out on Ballytruckle Road at around 8.40pm this evening.
Residents nearby reported hearing a loud explosion.
It's believed that one man was in the house at the time. He is currently being treated by emergency services.
