Gardai from Dungarvan, Tramore and the City will take to the Waterford Greenway tomorrow to educate people on cycling safety.
They'll also be advising the public on how to keep their possessions safe while using the Greenway.
Sergeant Mick Burke from Dungarvan Garda Station says the most important part of the initiative is informing the public of the safety measures that can be taken in relation to cycling on public roads.
They will also be distributing leaflets about preventative measures to be taken to keep their bicycles safe and will also advise on how to prevent theft from cars.
