Kasmi double helps Waterford FC overcome Bray at the RSC

Waterford had the best of the chances in what was a scoreless first half.

Izzy Akinade rattled the Bray upright on the blow of half time and when the ball broke loose, John Kavanagh had his subsequent effort saved.

Belgian Faysal Kasmi opened his account for the Blues on 53 minutes with a sweet strike from the edge of the box after his initial shot had been saved.

Derek Daly made it two on 81 minutes. He let fly from 20 yards and the ball found the net after a deflection.
