Joe Gough West Waterford was in record breaking form once again at a meeting in Drogheda last evening.
He beat the over 65 Irish record in the 1500 metres by over 13 seconds , clocking 4 minutes 55.10 seconds,
the old mark being 5.08.87.
The previous record was held by the late Willie Neelan of Cork.
So that's the Irish outdoor 400m, 800m and 1500m records broken so far this year
