A young Waterford man who was missing from the Netherlands since early June has been found safe and well.
20 year old John Power from Waterford City was last seen in Maastricht on the 9th of June.
His family travelled to the Netherlands at the start of July to search for him.
Speaking to WLR News, his father Michael Power said that John presented himself to the Irish embassy in Berlin earlier this afternoon.

He says they got a call from a lady in the Irish embassy in Berlin who rang them to say "listen I've got your son on the phone for you". He says they have a lot of people to thank including their neighbours, local businesses and politicians.
