Waterford's Andrew Goff was part of the Irish lightweight men's squad who finished second in A Final at the World Rowing Under-23 Championships in Poznan this afternoon.
Andrew was in the stroke position as Ireland were narrowly pipped by Italy who crossed the finish line in a winning time of 06:10.130.
Ireland finished with an impressive time of 06:11.450.
