Waterford Minister of State, John Halligan says he will boycott Donald Trumps visit to Ireland and will join in the expected protests against the US President.
The Independent Alliance Minister told the Sunday Business Post that if he was to meet him, there would be an argument.
He said he treats him with disdain as his attitude towards women and LGBTI people and other countries is divisive.

Another Independent Alliance Minister of State Finian McGrath says he will also boycott the visit.
