Traffic restrictions in place for Tallow Horse Fair.

The annual Tallow Horse Fair takes place today.

There will be no traffic through the West Waterford town until 8pm.

Traffic diversions are in place and signposted.

Designated parking facilities are available on the Tallow side of theBridge for motorists approaching from the Lismore Fermoy road.

Gardai are advising that only traffic attending the horse fair approach Tallow today.

All other motorists are encouraged to take alternative routes.

The Tallow Fair will see horse traders and breeders from across the country descend on the West Waterford town.
