Two major outages, at the Kilcarragh Station have left almost 4,000 houses across the City and east of the County without power this morning.
The vast majority, around 3,800, are in Ballygunner, including at Ballygunner School, the Dunmore Road, Passage East, Cheekpoint and part of Dunmore East.
A fault in the Dunhill area is also affecting around 600 customers, and there are also over 160 houses gone in Tramore.
ESB staff are currently working to repair the various faults, but it's not yet certain when power will be restored.
