Seven spaces have been moved from the front to the rear of Waterside car-park to make room for the ice rink.
Jason Murphy says while the Ice Rink is very welcome, it's totally unacceptable to move the parking spaces.
He says he would imagine this move is against regulations in relation to disability parking spaces.
He says he contacted the roads department in the council about it. He is hoping that the spaces will be put to the front of the car park or that the
original disability car parking will be put back into place.
