Gardai in Waterford are warning motorists to never ever drive under the influence of drink or drugs.
It's after a motorist in Waterford tested positive for cocaine, opiates and cannabis.
The driver was stopped after they were spotted holding a mobile phone while driving.
Gardai carried out a preliminary drug test and the driver was arrested and brought to Waterford Garda Station.
They were handed a fixed charge notice and a date in court.
Roads Policing Waterford observed motorist holding mobile phone whilst driving. Vehicle stopped and preliminary drug test performed. Test positive. Arrested and taken to Waterford Garda Station.
