LISTEN: Waterford's freediving record breaker on the Big Breakfast Blaa.

Kathy Macdonald is making waves in the freediving world despite only taking up the sport 18 months ago.

The Waterford native has already set TEN Irish records including deepest dive (51 metres). Most recently, she held her breath underwater for 6 minutes 12 seconds!
