The Irish food service sector wastes over 200,000 tonnes of food worth €300 million per year – a significant cost that often goes unseen.
The WASTED Supper Club is a premium dining experience made entirely from food waste. It includes a 3-course meal and a welcome garden cocktail. WASTED Supper Club is a zero-waste dinner, created by Grow HQ Head Chef JB Dubois and his amazing team.
