This weekend, it’s the Waterford Senior Hurling Championship final.

Ballygunner meet Roanmore in Walsh Park on Sunday October 3rd at 2pm.

The defending Champions dispatched local rivals Mt Sion last weekend, while Roanmore brought an end to Dungarvan’s campaign to book their place in the final for the first time in 31 years.

Roanmore’s involvement makes it four teams that Peter Queally has delivered to the showpiece game, while Ballygunner have not lost a final since 2014.

The last time the Gunners were beaten in the final game, was in 2014 when Queally was at the helm in Passage.
