Rents in Waterford city have risen by 17.4% in the last year, a bigger increase than any other city in the country.
That's according to a Daft.ie Rental Price Report published this morning (Tuesday).
It shows that rents across Ireland reached record highs in the third quarter of this year, when compared to the same period last year.
The average rent in Waterford City is now €1,357 per month, and in the county it's €1,339 - a rise of 16%.
