Mary was joined in studio by Stradbally native Cathal Quinlan who has launched a new podcast, "Better at Work."

Cathal brings over 20 years of experience leading diverse teams and solving large complex problems in global organisations, across the UK, US, and Australia to the podcast.

Mary was also joined by Darragh Mulcahy, who runs Raise the Bar gym in Tramore with his partner Gina.

They recently won "Best Gym" at WLR's Best of Waterford awards.

Darragh spoke to Mary about their business model and why gyms have become an important part of the community.
