Consistency is key in any Sport, that's the view of West Waterford athlete Kate Veale.
Veale decimated a long-standing Munster record for the indoor 3,000m race walk in Nenagh last weekend.
Kate delivered a confident performance knocking some 34 seconds off the previous best time set by Gillian O' Sullivan in 1997.
Kate spoke to Gavin Whelan on last night's "On The Ball" programme and admitted it's been a good start to the year.
