The full-time whistle blew at the Rapparees Starlights GAA Grounds and it was Knockananna who are moving on to the final of the All Ireland Junior Camogie championship.
After securing senior camogie for 2025 and capturing the Munster junior championship, the historic year for the Waterford side came to an end this afternoon.
Despite having answers for nearly every Knockananna score, Modeligo were unable to close the gap and heading into the second half the score was 0:12 to the Deise sides 1:4.
Modeligo managed to claim another 2 points however the Wicklow side pulled away with the game ending Knockananna 1:16 to Modeligo's 1:6.
