Waterford basketball teams in action this evening

The Waterford Wildcats return to action this afternoon in the Super League.

Tommy O' Mahonys team are fourth in the table after six games and this afternoon they host Singleton Supervalue Brunell at the Mercy Gym.

The Wildcats suffered their second loss of the season last weekend when they were beaten 82-68 by Trinity Meteors.

Brunell meanwhile are tied on points with Waterford and a win would send them straight into fourth place.

The Vikings have a later start this evening.

They welcome the Limerick Celtics to the Carrickpherish Hall for a seven o clock tip-off.

Dean Kavanagh's team have struggled to put wins on the board in the early stages of the season - picking up just one positive result so far and find themselves second bottom on with three points.
